How should I compare sale prices?

Check the current price for the selected size, colour or pack. Options within a product can have different prices. Compare the included quantity as well as the price, and review the final order total and delivery charges at checkout.

Does a sale photograph show everything included?

Use the package contents to confirm the items you receive. Cushions may be cover-only or sold with filling, and table runners may be sold separately or with mats. Styling accessories in photographs are included only when the listing says so.

Can sale or discounted products be returned?

The published Return and Refund Policy applies the same eligibility rules to sale and full-price products. Request an eligible return within 7 days of delivery; products must be unused, unassembled where applicable, undamaged and securely packed. Customized products have separate restrictions.

How do I arrange a return?
